Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Depart Kampala or Entebbe early morning, driving southwest through rolling tea plantations and the Ankole cattle corridor toward Bwindi. Stop for lunch en route with views over the western rift valley. Arrive at your lodge near Buhoma or Ruhija sector by late afternoon, with time to relax and get your trekking briefing for the next morning.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking & Return Drive
Early breakfast then a 6:30am briefing at the park headquarters where rangers assign trekking groups. Trek through dense montane forest, following fresh trails and ranger trackers until you find your habituated gorilla family. Spend a magical, regulated hour observing the silverback and his troop at close range, then trek back out and drive back to Kampala/Entebbe, arriving in the evening.
