Double primate encounter combining gorilla trekking in Bwindi with golden monkey tracking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park.

Day 1: Kampala to Bwindi

Long scenic drive south from Kampala into the Kigezi highlands, arriving at your Bwindi lodge in the late afternoon, ready for the following morning's gorilla trek.

Overnight: Lodge, Bwindi

Day 2: Gorilla Trek then transfer to Mgahinga

Morning gorilla trekking in Bwindi, spending an hour observing your assigned family. After lunch, drive roughly 1.5 hours to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park at the foot of the Virunga volcanoes, checking into your lodge for the night.
